Manu Feildel – French/Australian
Manu est un chef français, mais est maintenant très célèbre en Australie. Il a une famille de chefs et il a une passion pour la nourriture. Il a son propre restaurant en Australie a appelé l’Etoile. Il est régulièrement à la télévision Australienne pour des émissions de télévision comme Ready, Steady Cook, My Kitchen Rules et Manu’s Dinner Date. Il a écrit un livre sur la cuisine française et il écrit des articles pour des magazines Australiens.
Donna Hay – Australian
Donna Hay est mon chef préféré! Ses livres de cuisine sont magnifiques et ses recettes sont simples, faciles et très très délicieux. Chaque livre a de belles photos et des conseils utiles. Elle est un chef de célébrité et styliste culinaire en Australie avec ses propres livres, magazines et objets de décoration.
Maggie Beer– South Australian
Maggie se décrit comme un cuisinier, pas un chef. Elle aime faire la cuisine avec des produits frais et avec beaucoup de saveur. Elle a eu une grande influence de la nourriture en Australie du Sud, particulièrement dans la Barossa. Elle a un Farm Shop ici pour manger et acheter des produits locaux.

L’étoile se trouve ou en Australie? Moi aussi j’aime Donna Hay et Maggie Beer – mais Donna Hay est plus créatrice je crois. Très bon billet.

En étant Australienne aussi, je suis bien d’accord avec toi, les livres de Donna Hay sont très bien, il y a plein chez moi! En fait, ma tante est bien ami avec Maggie!

It really is a wonderful blog, it’s so cool to find people with a similar passion to me who know what they’re doing!!
I started mine for much the same reasons. I find myself wanting to write something in French but with no idea of what purpose and who to write to, so blogging is a good way to keep myself interested in writing whilst sharing any ideas I have with other people!
Mine isn’t quite as progressed, I really only started getting stuck into blogging literally yesterday! Here’s a link if you want to check it out, if you have any advice or notice any flaws in my French let me know, I won’t take it personally and it’s worth learning from my mistakes 🙂
